Nomzamo Mbatha Voted 2017 Most Influential Young South African in Lifestyle

After a successful Poll by internationally reputed rating establishment, Avance Media, Nomzamo Mbatha has been voted the 2017 Most Influential Young South African in Lifestyle in one of the most credible and respected rankings system that honours youth excellence in South Africa.

The poll which drew public participation from over 90 countries voted Politician, Dr. Mbuyiseni Ndlozi also as the 2017 Most Influential Young South African.

Mamelodi Sundowns’ Percy Tau, Model Nomzamo Mbatha, Medical Doctor, Dr Sandile Kubheka, and Musician Cassper Nyovest were also voted among the top 5 most influential young South Africans respectively.

Model and Actress Nomzamo Mbatha was also voted as the Most Influential Young South African Woman.

Prince Akpah, MD of Avance Media says he hopes the annual polls will inspire young people to create a positive environment that will encourage other South African youths to excel in their various endeavours.

Nomzamo Mbatha is a multiple award winning young South African model, accountant, actress and Motivational Speaker.

Her rise to fame started after she made it to the finals in the MTV Base VJ search in 2012 and her first acting role in the Mzansi Magic telenovela-turned-soap-opera isiBaya, in 2013.

She has since acted in movies such as: Umlilo, Tell Me Sweet Something, All Access Mzansi and Lockdown.

As a graduate from the University of Cape Town, she is an ambassador for several organisations including: NEUTROGENA, L’Oreal Paris, PUMA, AUDI and the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees.

She was voted the 2017 Most Influential Young South African in Lifestyle.
